RETURNS & WARRANTY
If you change your mind about an item, please notify me within 14 days after receiving it, and ship it back to me, within the following 14 days from telling me.
To return an order, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and await my return confirmation. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:
Make sure the product is in perfect condition. I reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match the following criteria:
1. Place the product in the same or similar packaging as when you received it.
2. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.
(either the one you received with the product, or print the e-mail
confirmation from when you ordered the product).
3. Write RETURN on the package to ensure a faster expedition.

The return and financial responsibilities are yours until the package reaches me, and I confirm it by a delivery confirmation. Shipping costs in case of returning a product will not be refunded.
Please note that I do not receive packages send as COD (cash on delivery) (pr. efterkrav)
There is a two-year warranty on all products sold on www.annesauer.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear end tear from regular use. Please contact me at email@example.com if you have a warranty claim, including the order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the request.
